I used it many times and liked it. But now the quality has gone really bad. The owner should fix it asap, before losing it customer base. Having Kohli or celebrity is not important

Subscription won't activate after purchasing on iTunes. It has been 3 days since my purchase and no luck using it. Please remove the subscription option if you are not going to support it.

I don’t know why I keep subscribing! I thought it has improved but it’s really bad, poor song quality, out pitch, poor song choices and most songs they have are available on YouTube with better music orchestras! You can just buy an app that reduces pitch and speed! This time I’m really upset as the songs I was hoping to find are not available. Need my money back!

I don’t use the service and repeated attempts to call, email or cancel the subscription online have failed. This is fraudulent. Stay away!

There may be a few minor glitches but overall app is really good!! I’m amazed by their database and searching features! Excellent selection!! Keep it up and don’t let the negative reviews prevent you from downloading the app! Just try it for $4.99 a month - it’s totally worth it!

Got an internal error message. Not sure what to do

Issues with this despite subscription. Plz fix is stat!!!!

Sulabha I joined this app through my ITunes account. It worked for a few days, $ stopped working, asking me to pay the subscription, which was already deducted. So I sent an email along with the receipt of my payment from apple. Even after that, it took many days for them to start it,, which lasted for a weak or so. Again, the same story! Every month, on 24th my subscription is deducted but this app does not work Again my email to them with the receipt requesting them to start it again. This has been going on since 24 th of April 2020. How much more patience am I expected to have. Is this the way to do business? Rather than keeping your clients happy, you seem to enjoy keeping them annoyed & disappointed. I feel that the least the developers can do is to return my money for these 4 months or give me 4 months of free service. Even now it is not working! Out of sheer frustration, I’m just deleting this app!

The app has improved . It has pitch control. However, when you play the track using headphones with attached mike on the iPhone 7 Plus, the vocals are not audible. Only the karaoke track is audible. It is necessary for the singer to hear his voice while recording. Please correct this. When the song is recorded the overall performance is not bad. Any update on the issue. I want to use my iPhone ( 7 plus) or iPad and use TV to show lyrics. Sing and record. Could you please give the procedure ? Is there a mic MeraGana sells ! Thanks.

You app is not launching! This is neither a new iPhone version, nor a just launched iOS version - surprised how this basic function is not being tested!!

MeraGana team, Your just released version to work under ios13 has not been tested fully. Please try using it under iOS setting of Dark theme. As you have chosen font color as black, they are invisible and unreadable in all those menus wherever you are showing icons on LHS. Please rest throughly and update the app to resolve this issue.

Does not work on iPhone after latest upgrade. MeraGana developers must look into it ASAP.

This service used to have facility to unsubscribe anytime. Now, you have to send a mail to unsubscribe. They don’t give anything without auto renewal. On security, they send welcome mail with user name and passwords in plain text. The mail will also have the os version, IP address etc. I have to give it where it’s due. The Hindi karaoke collection is very nice. Other languages don’t have good lyrics, but it’s not too bad. I will come back to it when they correct the account maintenance and security.

Meragana is a nice karaoke app. But beware - this app has a bug that results in an endless auto renewal subscription on your iPhone. There is no option to cancel the auto renewal and meragana has no clue and unwilling to help. Subscribe only if you wish to pay $5 to meragana for the rest of your life!!

The app worked ok for a few months after purchasing the subscription (although it would sporadically prompt to subscribe and I’d have to “restore purchase”....but after December 2018 it ceased to work altogether. Keeps asking for subscription information and refuses to accept / recognize what is a valid subscription per itunes billing. Not sure if the breakagae occured as a result of something Meragana did vs an IOS update breaking it, but nonetheless the developers need to fix it asap and ideally refund at least the past few months of subscription fees.

I have renewed my subscription for two months, but the app continues to be in demo mode.

I paid for downloaded the app since I had used it successfully last couple of years but this time it really bombed on me I could not find many popular songs and when I found one, it’s music was off beat compared to the lyrics Simply atrocious

THEY DO NOT UPDATE WHEN APPLE UPDATES. SO YOU CAN NOT RUN THEIR APP ON ANY APPLE DEVICE. I DOWNLOADED CHROME TO ACCESS THIER SONGS ONLINE BUT THEY SEND ME BACK TO APPLE APP THAT DOES NOT WORK. THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WROTE TO THEM BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY. SO AS AN APPLE USER YOU ARE STUCK.

Not sure why was I charged twice with the same user id on my personal home devices.

When I select song and click on Hindi app get crash. Please have some one to look into it

App does not work in IPhone. I wasted my money twice. Worst customer service. They don’t even respond if you send email. So do not waste your money.

Player doesn’t work on iPhone 7!!!

Needs improvement in audio quality!!

I just paid and downloaded the app and updated my phone to iOS 11. App flips upside down upon playing songs and shows only half screen. No output to bluetooth either. Support number in US with no response.

Since my update to iOS11 it has given glitchy interface and has literally become unusable. Also on the PC interface I cannot figure out a way to change the pitch of the track.

MeraGana window doe not open fully. Half of the screen is blocked. They need to fix this issue immediately or they going to lose customers

After I upgraded to iOS 11 every time I launch this app the display goes upside down and the window is shortened into half screen.

Generally love this app, despite of its glitches. They have a huge collection of songs and works well most of the time. However, since I updated the phone to iOS 11, the song window goes upside down and half off the screen making it unusable. Unless they fix it shortly, I will have to unsubscribe. They have t updated their app in over two years.

Its a great app but after upgrading to iOS 11 the screen broke.

I was able to play music without any issues before upgrading my phone OS. Please fix

Works fine for the first subscription. Renewal is a nightmare.

Subscribed to the one month plan and money taken off my account. However, upon logging in, I am still prompted that I am on. 30 sec demo mode only and that I should subscribe. I demand my money back immediately!

I want to cast this to my TV. Can you add chromecast support?

Prove that this app can do what it's supposed to. Not in the BS demo mode but for the paid subscribers. I challenge you.

Bought this subscription but will cancel. This product does not work well on iPhone & iPad. It's not been tested at all. Song search horrible. Streaming with delays on most days. I don't understand why the delay if they are downloading first. Also Apple TV is not supported. If you use AirPlay from phone, then too it has hiccups. These I guess are Apple's issues.

I have a paid subscription for 1 year and this app crashes as soon as I try to play a song. Very disappointing.

Try taking song number from search option and play using song numbers

It shows that it is free but this app does not even allow you to try the app and ask for paid subscription .

It is a very basic application. Search and other features do not work. ....it needs more finishing

Have had this app for a month now. Used to work before but not anymore. Whether you use search or lists to find songs, the app gets stuck once you select a song, and nothing uploads or plays. Please fix. Otherwise you're just charging money for nothing and its a scam.

This app doesn't work. My account was charged and the app doesn't work either. I contacted help desk for this app but there is no response. Please do not waste your time and money.
